WWE Smackdown vs. Raw review:4 stars (Smackdown Vs Raw) - Smackdown Vs Raw was the sequel to Smackdown 5 Here Comes The Pain which was the first Smackdown wrestling game to have blood as well as the first to have the Elimination Chamber,Bra & Panties as well as First Blood. The season mode was very good as the wrestlers only appear on their PPV's not like last years version where they did every PPV. There was a great addition with the voice overs except your character doesn't talk in season mode no matter who you are. The Create A Wrestler mode was awesome as now you can have attires for your entrance,backstage and your matches. Some of the wrestlers on this roster shouldn't have been there like Sable and a few others. Why couldn't Regal,Eugene,Billy Kidman,Paul London and some other great wrestlers been there instead? I believe the gameplay and graphics as well as the season mode are up a little bit from Smackdown 5 but I believe they should have some surprise storylines like Smackdown 4's nWo Invasion,Smackdown 5's Stable war and many more like that. Hopefully they give a few better storylines up in the next game. The create a PPV mode is good except it should have the Smackdown 2 rating gauge which would have been a good addition. The Create A Belt mode was good except, you can't have one champ and if he loses the belt goes to the winner, you can't defend it in exibition and worst of all you can't defend in anything other then one on one matches. This game is a great game and I reccommend it for all wrestling fans. The grade I would give this game would b a B+ which is very fair to it as it still needs a little bit of work but not much. I hope this helps you and feel free to vote on this review or any of my other reviews.3 stars (For Some Reason, It Is Good, But Not Great) - This game is loads of fun but for some reason it didn't seem as good as promised. The games season mode was more enhanced in graphics but the season seemed much shorter because it was set at a faster pace. The voices of the wrestlers is very well done, that i will give credit to. Controls remain the same from Here Comes The Pain, which is a relief, i know some miss the original controls from Shut Your Mouth, that L2 button of mine is about to break because of these games. The different camera angle during matches is a relief, i was getting sick of the old angle that faced the entrance way, now it is set where the T.V. camera is originally located.

Overall, some enhancments save it, but the season mode could have been way better, but that didn't stop this game from selling. The highest selling wrestling game of all-time, 2 million sold in the U.S. and is still selling, great job WWE.4 stars (Undertaker) - Smackdown vs. Raw was the best wrestling game ever but in story mode they made the undertaker look stupid he doesn't act like that i mean come on. u undertaker fans will be like what the. other than that it's a good game.
